Tracey Slade (Instructor)

Tracey is a career business woman and proven international athlete with a wealth of experience in health and fitness.

As well as being qualified to teach Pilates, she holds a diploma in Sports Therapy and is qualified and experienced in Advanced Fitness Instruction, Massage, Management of Sports Injuries and Sports and Fitness Therapy Techniques.

Tracey has raced in the GB Elite Duathlon Squad at the European and World Championships in 1996/1997, won BUSA medals in cycling whilst at Bournemouth University and was the Gold Medallist in her age group at the World Long Course Triathlon Championships, Ibiza 2003 and the British Indoor Rowing Championships 2003.

Her success has been based on developing a wellbeing and holistic approach to the integration of fitness and lifestyle and has brought favourable results to a wide range of clients from varying backgrounds.
