Terms & Conditions, Waiver Policy & Refund Policy: These terms and conditions relate to the services provided by Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd, on the Site and in our studios. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. Your use of the Site, the purchase of any Products or Services on this Site or in a studio will be subject to these terms and conditions. By making a booking with us, using our Site, our online booking service, or signing our class sign in sheet, you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them. You should check these for updates each time you revisit the Site.

Definitions: In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply: “Services” means any information and services ordered and/or provided by Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd through or via the Site or our studios and all services offered as part of any course or workshop. Any electronic information supplied to you by Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd will constitute part of "Service" not a Product and cancellation rights will apply accordingly. “Products" means any products offered for sale on the Site or in a Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd studio. “Site” means the web site at the URL www.stevejordanpilates.com or replacement site(s) from time to time.

Contract Information These terms and conditions may change from time to time and they form the entire understanding of the parties and supersede all previous agreements, understandings and representations relating to the subject matter. These Terms together with our booking confirmation (which may be oral or written) constitute the contract ("the Contract") between us for the supply of services to you. The Contract shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties.

Entry: The management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Children: If you are aged 16 or under, you may only attend Steve Jordan Pilates classes at the owners discretion.

Bookings: Classes are always subject to availability, we will always do our best to accommodate you. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

To make, amend or cancel a class booking: (Please try to book 24hrs in advance)

• You need to be in credit to book (but not cancel a class) using our online service

Last minute class booking: Check online that the class will run. (i.e.; more than 1 and less than 6 people have signed up.) Make sure that you are coming to a class that is suitable for you. If you are not sure, please call or email to check. Then just drop in!

Please sign in: on the “sign in” sheet every time that you visit us.

Please arrive on time: Please arrive on time. If you are late, the trainer may not let you in and you will forfeit your credit. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we are not allowed to let you in by law (Health & Safety).

Payment/Pricing: All classes must be prepaid. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and payment correctly. Payment is by cash, cheque or online banking. All prices are final and any client account credits or cash balances are non-refundable. We would appreciate that you settle your bill at the end of each class, in the event that you do not, your credit/debit card will be debited the appropriate amount. All group class and 1:1 class payments/credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any assignment or transfer of credit from one client to another is at the sole discretion of the Owners

Changes in class prices: will be notified by Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd on the Site with not less than 14 days notice.

If we cancel your booking: Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a genuine Site error or inaccuracy, we reserve the right to cancel all confirmed class bookings. In the event that we cancel any classes that you have booked, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone as early as possible to offer you an alternative date and time or to refund the price paid by you for your class booking.

Cancellation Policy: Any booked sessions must be cancelled with 24hrs or more notice before the classes scheduled start time, using our online booking system, in person or by speaking directly with a member of staff by telephone. In any other case, the session will be charged for. So if you’re booked into a class, but miss it or cancel it with less than 24hours notice you will be charged for it.

Warranties: Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd warrants that the Products and Services will be supplied with reasonable skill and care.

Liability Statement: The information available on or through this Site, and the Services supplied via or in connection with this Site or at a Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd studio do not constitute medical advice. It is your sole responsibility to check with your doctor or medical practitioner about your suitability for our classes and to obtain his/her written consent where necessary.
While we take every care to ensure safe practise, there are inherent risks in any exercise programme and we accept no liability whatsoever for any injury or illness you incur through taking our classes (except as a result of our negligence) or by your failure to notify us of any existing health problems or special needs. We try to make sure that all information contained on this web site (and provided by us to you as part of any Services or Products) is correct, but, subject to the paragraph below, we do not accept any liability for any error or omission and exclude all liability for any action you (your legal representatives, heirs) may take or loss or injury you may suffer (direct or indirect including loss of pay, profit, opportunity or time, pain and suffering, any indirect, consequential or special loss, however arising) as a result of relying on any information on this web site or provided through any Service supplied by us to you.
You, your legal representatives and your heirs release waive, discharge and covenant, not to sue Steve Jordan Pilates Ltd and its instructors for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

Waiver: No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
