Cancellation Policy

We operate a strict 24hr cancellation policy.

Cancelled classes must be updated using our online booking system 24hrs before the class scheduled start time to avoid forfeiting the entire class fee.

Clients who would like to cancel a class, should use the online booking system in the first place. (The system automatically determines if a class is in or outside of the 24hr required notice period).

If you are able to speak to us at the studio, we will be more than happy to cancel or alter your booking as required.

Please do let us know if you are unable to attend at your earliest opportunity.
