Ana has being working with dance and movement for many years, in her home country she practiced classical jazz and contemporary dance styles.
When she came to London she experimented with different dance styles like samba and latin rhythms, joining a dance company and touring worldwide.
As a dancer, Pilates was part of her training routine, curiosity of the wonders of the human body drove Ana to take a degree in sports therapy.
Dance, movement, exercise, innovation and pure joy are the ingredients she likes to add in every day of her life.
