“Postural misalignment happens when one muscle group is overused in daily life, which often leads to a rapid wear and tear of joints, especially the hip joint and vertebrae in the spine.

The dance and Pilates elements of Steve Jordans Pilates classes focus on training the opposite muscle of the overused muscle group, so that balance and correct posture is achieved at all times.

In addition we use weights and unique gravity reformer machines in most exercises, similar to personal training, combining cardio workout with strength training, and effectively promoting postural realignment all in one.”

Class start times now 30mins earlier...

Weekday morning and evening classes will start 30mins earlier, from 6Feb.
We've done this after client feedback and to improve co-ordination with parking.
Park free before 8:30am and after 6:30pm weekdays. Unrestricted at weekends
